QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

1. DO I GET TO SEE MY PROOFS, DO I GET TO KEEP MY PROOFS, WHAT PHOTOS GET EDITED?​​​​

   • No. AZ hand selects each image and retouches. AZ takes many photos while shooting. For time and saving of a head ache for a client to of thru thousands of images, quality control, and branding purposes AZ does not release all of the images from the shoot. But, you may ​wish to order more edits. Cost per extra edit is $25 and 5 for $100.

2. WHAT DOES RETOUCHED/ EDITED MEAN?

   • Re-touched means every photo you receive comes back FLAWLESS aka photoshop. Edits are returned to client as magazine quality, hi-res, not a wrinkle or blemish in site without client looking "worked on"

3. WHAT DOES EXTRA STUDIO TIME MEAN?​

   • This fee is added when client would like to come to the studio and have make up and hair done on location. $75​

4. HOW LONG DO I HAVE BEFORE I CAN REQUEST MORE EDITS?

   • Two weeks. AZ holds on to digitals for exactly two weeks. It is the clients responsibility to save, load, ask for extra edits within 14 days. After 14 days for privacy purposes, AZ removes all digitals.

5. ARE DEPOSITS REFUNDABLE?

   • No. If client must reschedule the 50% deposit is forfeited and must be re-applied for the future date.​

6. CAN I GET MAKE-UP AND HAIR? DO YOU HAVE A STYLIST? 

   • Yes. Yes. Amazing team AZ works with.​

7. HOW DO I BOOK AND PAY FOR MY SHOOT?

   • Fill out form and directions will follow.​

8. HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?

   • Dropbox or I can hand deliver if they are boudoir or intimate photos for privacy purposes​

9. WHERE DO I SIGN UP FOR WORKSHOPS OR CLASSES?

   1. On the top of the website there is an item on the ​menu that says "workshops and classes"

10.  DOES AZ TRAVEL?

    • Yes, but there are fees and set up fees depending upon how far.​
